A Toast To… Christine Villanueva PH.D
Christine Villanueva PH.D has been named the new Chief Strategy and Brand Officer at Walton Isaacson, the branding and marketing powerhouse behind the strategy for the Marvel comics and Lexus Super Bowl ads. Walton Isaacson was ranked No.1 on Black Enterprise’s 100s list for advertising agencies in 2016 with $70 million in revenues and 150 employees. In college, Christine studied ethnicity and identity, the psycho-physiology of emotions, and evolutionary psychology. (Sounds like some Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal Lecter deep!)
Ms. Villanueva has worked with such major corporations as Walmart, Coke, Chrysler, Jeep, Pepsi, Office Depot, and Nespresso. In her new role as HSIC, Villanueva will lead and build out the company’s next-generation global strategy and will oversee all of Walton Isaacson’s branding efforts on behalf of the agency’s high powered clientele. She will also work with the agency’s cross-disciplinary leadership team on brand messaging and its unique position within the advertising industry.
Oh yeah, and in case you didn’t know what HSIC stands for …it’s an acronym for HEAD SISTER IN CHARGE. This toast is to you Christine…paving the way for all our future HSICs!
